Author: Some of the autos that are built in Japan, Germany, and several other countries are considerably smaller. Every automobile that they own is very small - but surprisingly they are not missing any of the essential features and power that we love.
Maybe one of the biggest models of the types of cars that you can discover in these places is the famous Smart car. This unusually small automobile was developed in 1993 by Daimler-Benz and the Swiss watchmaker - Swatch.
Together the two companies started a joint venture recognized as the Micro Compact Car AG - which was situated in Switzerland. These cars were developed with the engineering and quality we know from Mercedes - but with the different design from Swatch.
Merge these two together and they made what was simply known as the Smart City-Coupe - which was produced for the European urban public. Not only were they produced to grant for better parking - but also to amend gas mileage.
In order to keep this extraordinary small car
safe and sound they developed it with a “tridion” safety cell so that it could handle being stricken by bigger cars. The cell was created with three levels of reinforced steel and was able to absorb the impact during a crash and to shield anyone within.
